When I ask women what their biggest challenge is many of them tell me it is consistency, particularly being consistent in their exercise. That’s exactly what we’re going to talk about today.
It’s that time again…the weather is changing, kids are in school, germs and sickness are starting to go around.
I don’t know about you, but I hate being sick. You don’t feel good, you typically aren’t as productive and your to-do list grows longer when you can’t function like you normally would.
Fortunately, when or if I get under-the-weather I notice on average I am back to feeling well anywhere from 1-3 days to a week max because of my tricks, while friends, family etc are usually sick anywhere from 2-3 weeks! Eek!
I’m sharing these levels of warning and the signs to look for not to scare you but to make you AWARE, because with awareness you can then choose to make a change. It puts the power in your hands.
The power is always in your hands, but if you’re unaware of the exact things that can be detrimental to your health you’ll never be able to do something about it. Hopefully with these warning signs you now can!
